 Preparation:

1-      fill up a big pot with high edges plenty of salted water and bring to boiling

2-      throw the pasta inside the pot and cook it for about 5 to 7 minutes according to your personal taste

3-      drain the Agnolotti and mix it with your favourite sauce

Tips:

          1L of water every 100 gr of Agnolotti

          10 gr of salt per 1Lt of Water
