Semolina is used in pasta as it is a coarse-ground flour of durum wheat, along with high protein and hard wheat, made by the original recipe from Sicily.
Process of making the authentic Italian Pasta: flour is first molded on a flat surface and then a pile of flour is created. Egg is then poured into the bowl then egg bitter is used to mix the egg and flour. There are several ways to shape the sheets of pasta depending on the type required by using the pasta makers to get the fresh pasta sheets.
